Shipping

We ship every business day at 2.00pm (EDT) or 3.00pm (AEDT). We send via Express Post or Courier in some cases. We use your Order shipping address – Not the Paypal address and ship to Australia & New Zealand only. We can dropship with no docs or cards, and tracking No goes to trade seller.

All customers receive an email advising goods are sent with tracking No.. We can’t guarantee delivery day or time, as once it leaves our hands we have no control over it. NOTE: We do not send to parcel lockers as recipient can’t be verified.

Payment Options

Stripe Credit Card Processing Gateway: can pay with Visa or Mastercard Credit card via our EZYHD Secure web site checkout process. PayPal email us a copy of the payment seconds from when its paid (so please don’t send us a copy!). Also Paypal eCheque info here. and takes longer to clear.

DIRECT DEPOSIT: Choose the Direct Deposit Bank payment option during the checkout process. A direct deposit from your Bank to ours can take up to 4 days to clear (our Bank).

Personal Information

Personal information is never given or sold to a third party for any reason. Its kept very private and a password is required to access customers information. EZYHD is a https web site so extremely secure.

Incorrect item

Refund an be arranged, simply email us, all goods returned are at buyer’s expense in NEW undamaged condition with cable display box packaging undamaged as received, if not no refund,. There is a 20% restocking fee for incorrect or non suitable item/s ordered. less our credit card refund costs  costs and our postage costs to customer we paid (if any).

Faulty Cable

Please email a reason cable found faulty, cut ends off and include pictures, we wil send repalceent next next business  day.Please use support@ezyhd.com.au email address. Manufacturers Warranty is 5 years on Ruipro HDMI cables to first purchaser only. Item must be returned with postage paid by the purchaser.

Customers must test cables before any cavity instal. We do not provide reimbursement of labour costs on any floor, roof or wall instal or any equipment failure, only the cable itself, if stretched or damaged on instal cable warranty does not apply, Ruipro HDMI cables should never be installed in a chain.

Consumer Guarantee

All items sold by EZYHD are covered by Consumer Guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to return any item that is deemed faulty within a reasonable time frame from the date of the sale. If an item has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement. The Purchaser pays for postage.
